Established business development firm in Forest Hills, PA, is seeking several telephone sales professional (full-time and part-time) to do lead generation, telephone surveys, marketing research, customer care, and executive-level appointment setting regarding construction, manufacturing and technology for our large corporate clients. Target audience for these calls would be Building Owners, Facilities Managers and Engineers. The position is a mix of phone work (70%), administration (15%) and marketing research (15%).
Excellent communications skills: articulate and professional on the phones; comfortable speaking with executive-level management; ability to speak in a conversational manner; excellent grammar skills
Ability to take notes on conversations and summarize in a concise and articulate manner
Ability and persistence to reach decision makers and recognize business opportunities when presented
