About AllFacilities, Inc.

AllFacilities, Inc. is a sales support firm that specializes in outreach to and engagement with the owners and managers of commercial, institutional and industrial facilities. Over the past 15 years, we have built a Master Database of buildings and facilities managers across the U.S., along with a team of seasoned outreach and sales support staff whose focus is interacting with facilities management teams across all vertical markets. The unique architecture of our Master Database allows us to efficiently survey commercial, industrial, and institutional customers about their operating and new construction plans for their real estate holdings. We specialize in efficiently locating and interacting with hard-to-reach owners and managers, along with the AEC (Architect – Engineer – Contractor) community that serves them to understand and help drive their future purchases involving their buildings. Through our sister company, RCx Building Diagnostics, we have also developed a specialty practice in the electric utility market across the U.S., working to help drive energy savings for the utilities and guide utility customers through the complex world of energy savings rebate programs.

Meet the Senior Management Team


  • Anita Brattina
    Anita has been developing integrated direct marketing programs for companies since 1978. After many successful years as an entrepreneur, she blended her manufacturing and facilities management experience to form AllFacilities, Inc. in 2002. Over the last 25 years, she has been a leading expert in the area of commercial real estate and facilities management building and energy data and has planned, designed and implemented a national database of owners and building components. Anita is a winner of the Business Marketing Association Award, the Athena Leadership Award and the Pittsburgh Business Times Women in Business Award. Anita is a graduate of Duquesne University. 


  • Brian Malik
    Brian oversees AllFacilities, Inc.’s sales and operations and brings more than 28 years of leadership and management experience as a business unit leader with P&L responsibility for a Fortune 500 building products manufacturer. Brian also brings a deep understanding of business strategy, marketing and business growth from helping hundreds of channel clients and associated contractors and vendors grow their own enterprises with the help of his teams. Brian graduated from the University of New York at Buffalo with a degree in mechanical engineering. 



  • Herman Marini
    Herman oversees all client programs and the entire operations team at AllFacilities. He brings 16 years of helping launch and manage hundreds of client programs. One of the company’s first employees, Herman supervised the development team that launched the AllFacilities data warehouse and CRM that manages facilities and owner data about commercial, industrial and institutional buildings in North America. His focus is on the smooth on-boarding and daily management of our client’s business development, research and data management programs with his Customer Service Management team.  He is a graduate of St. Vincent College and Duquesne University. 


  • Doreen Lynch
    Doreen oversees all administrative, finance and human resources management areas of AllFacilities, Inc. She brings more than 25 years of business management experience overseeing administrative and executive leadership support for growth companies across the United States. Her current role allows her to bring her deep understanding, from her work in the legal and energy industries, of integrating process, people and systems to build a well-run organization.
